In order to clarify the entire community as to the legality of surf lessons and training in this phase of disarray, we produced a clarification document together with the Portuguese Surfing Federation (FPS).
Taking into account all the misinformation that has been linked over the past few days, schools that had resumed their activity were being seen as non-complying, when the activity is already allowed in several regions.
Thus, we decided with the FPS to transmit a signal of unity due to the importance of the moment that surf schools are going through, defending them by clarifying the entire community that the activity they perform is already legally permitted.
