Registration is now open for another edition of the Academy of Surfing Instructors (ASI) Grade I Surfing Coaches Course.
ASI is a widely recognized entity in terms of training surf instructors and coaches around the world, since 2003. The training of ASI surf instructor allows you to work in various destinations outside Europe, being also recognized by the IPDJ attributing Grade I of Surfing Coaches.
The course is taught in b-learning format and will take place in Sagres, starting on February 10th. The general component of the training will be done online, while the specific component will be face-to-face and delivered over a week (February 24th to 29th).
Participation in this course will attribute the following to all participants who successfully complete it:
IPDJ Certified Surfing Trainers Grade I;
ASI membership valid for 1 year;
Membership as Associate Coaches of the Portuguese Surf School Association (AESDP) – valid for 1 year.
Participants will also have the opportunity to obtain the ASI Level 1 Surfing Instructor certificate, valid to work in other parts of the world. For more information and registration:
