Enrollment is now open for the third edition of the course “Tourist Animation in Surf” which will be held at the Manifesto space, in Matosinhos Market.
The training promoted by the Portuguese Surf School Association (AESDP) takes place between the 16th and 18th of January. With a total duration of 25 hours, participation in this course is open to all interested parties, and in the case of certified surfing, surfing or bodyboard coaches, participation in the training awards 5 credits for the renewal of IPDJ coach cards.
Participation in this training attributes:
AESDP Certificate of Participation
IPDJ certificate of participation and attribution of 5 Credit Units of the specific component (Surfing, Surfing and Bodyboard)
Integration in the AESDP Surf Professionals Platform.
The course structure is as follows:

2. Regulation of Surf Schools and Surf Camps;
3. Management of expectations in Surfing;
4. The importance of communication;
5. Tourism promotion: tourism marketing in Surf;
6. The Sustainability of Surf Tourism;
7. The initiation to Surf in tourism;
8. Training in Tourist Animation.
