The action will take place during the month of July and contributes to the revalidation of the sports coach's cards.
The Portuguese Surf School Association (AESDP) will carry out, in partnership with the Superior School of Sport of Rio Maior (ESDRM), a continuous training course for surf coaches.
This action is certified by the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ, IP) and will take place in Peniche during two weekends in July.
The training, entitled “Surf Teaching: the introduction of Surf at school and the framing of Surf activities” has a total duration of 25 hours, spread over the 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th of July, and guarantees participants 5 Units Credit for revalidation of sports coach's cards.
The course will take place at the facilities of the Firefighters Volunteers of Peniche and registration must be made through the email info@associacaoescolasdesurf.pt . Enrollments must be made by the 5th of July and the completion of the course depends on reaching a minimum number of participants.
